Additionally, feature a strong call to action on your ad as well as a way for your potential patients to reach you.

Promotion tip 2: Appointment reminders

Sending some type of reminder to your patients can ensure they show up to their appointments. You can use a variety of methods to do this, and we recommend using more than one in tandem. First, send a postcard that is well designed and features their appointment date along with your practices contact information prominently. Then add an additional layer of communication, like an email. Be sure that both forms of communication have all the information your patients will need to show up to or reschedule their appointment.

Do you know what kind of online reviews your practice has received? Because so many people read reviews before they choose an organization to receive a product or service from, knowing what your online reviews look like is important for your practice. First, take a look at your reviews on sites like Google, Facebook, Yelp, and more. If most of your reviews are good, then your goal should be to thank those who left reviews and solicit your patients for more good reviews. If they are bad, then your goal should be to respond to those reviews appropriately.
